Michal is easy to work with, competent, reliable, and has great attention to detail. He is absolutely my go-to guy for ANY work I want done on the house. He is beyond competent - he does excellent work on all fronts. He will point out small details that i hadn't noticed with a gentle suggestion that maybe I'd like to have that taken care of, since it will make things look so much better. Of course, he's always right about it.

I needed to close portion of the floor to gain more living space in my house. MM Remodeling did excellent job for me in five days including inspection. They had to move some existing cabling and fix couple of things after they opened the wall. No problems. Price as estimated. They build new floor framing and support wall, finished ceiling and sub floor and dry wall.
